Poland’s Commercial Property Investment Reaches €4.7 Billion in First Nine Months of 2026

On 28 October, Property Forum reported that Poland recorded approximately €4.7 billion in commercial-property investment across 93 transactions during the first three quarters of 2026, up around 81% year on year. Retail accounted for €1.5 billion, while industrial and logistics investment reached approximately €1.3 billion; these are transaction totals, not ESG service contracts.
