CrediaBank’s €200 Million Acquisition of HSBC Malta Remains on Schedule

On 26 October, Malta Invest reported that CrediaBank expected its acquisition of HSBC Bank Malta to conclude by the second quarter of 2027, subject to the next regulatory steps. HSBC Continental Europe had agreed to sell its 70.03% stake for €200 million; the transaction is not yet complete, and corporate-finance advisers can explore valuation modelling, transaction monitoring and integration analysis, while HPC can support data-intensive financial workloads with a project-specific quotation.
